1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using narxissist Forums ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Account
Accounts use a username + password only. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for any activity under your account. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms without notice.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it within the Service. You are solely responsible for what you post. Do not post: illegal content, doxxing, malware, spam, harassment, CSAM, or anything that violates third-party rights.
5. Uploads
Avatars, cover images, and ad banners may be JPG, PNG, GIF, or WEBP only. Files are scanned for type integrity. Uploading executable content disguised as an image is a ban-on-sight offence.
6. Moderation
Moderators may remove content, lock threads, or ban users for any breach of these Terms or any rule posted in the relevant board. Repeat or severe violations result in permanent bans.
7. Ads
Banner ads displayed on the Service are operated by the Service. Linking out from an ad does not imply endorsement of the destination.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting an administrator.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
